A voice for every member
Real-time AI voices, one per agent, so you can hear finance push back on contracts out loud and know who's talking without reading a name.
Boardroom seats your Claude agents at one table, each with its own rules, files and voice. They answer each other directly. You stop carrying messages between them, and you make every decision.

You keep a legal agent in one folder and a finance agent in another. When a decision touches both, you ask one, copy its answer to the other, and copy the reply back. Boardroom replaces that relay with a meeting.
You relay every answer by hand, and context gets lost in translation.
Agents answer each other directly. You hear the whole room, then decide.
Ask Claude to convene the boardroom. The session you ask becomes a neutral chair that runs the agenda and never argues a side.
"Convene the boardroom on the reseller's contract terms." The chair confirms the question and who attends.
Each member joins as its own background agent and reads its own files before it speaks.
Members answer each other. Every turn reaches every member word for word, so everyone hears the same room.
One question at a time, with each member's recommendation in its own words.
Minutes record every decision as yours. Each member files its own outcome in its own home.
When the room needs you, the chair puts exactly one question to you, with each member's case in its own words and a neutral statement of the choice.
Recommends: "Sign only with liability capped at 12 months of fees."
Recommends: "Accept, and ask for net-30."
Boardroom is a set of instructions that Claude Code follows. These rules are written into every meeting.
Members advise. The minutes record every decision in your name.
The transcript holds every turn word for word. The chair never summarizes a member in place of its words.
No member writes files, sends email, books calendar events or spends money while the room is in session.
At the close, every member writes its outcome in its own home, under its own rules, and never in anyone else's.
Transcripts are written with owner-only permissions in a folder outside every repository.
The plugin is plain instructions. It sends nothing to its author or any service of its own.
Any agent with a home folder can take a seat: a CLAUDE.md, a decisions file, its working records. List each one once in a roster.
~/.claude/boardroom/members.md for every project.
.claude/boardroom/members.md for one project.
No roster yet? Your first meeting walks you through setup, one question at a time.
## finance - **Who:** a finance agent that keeps the company's books and forecasts. - **Home:** `~/agents/finance` - **Loads:** `CLAUDE.md`, `decisions.md`, `references/accounts.md`. - **Speaks on:** revenue, costs, cash, runway, pricing, and what a decision costs. - **Files outcomes:** a dated entry in `rulings.md`.
Boardroom 1.0 runs entirely inside Claude Code. These are the directions we're exploring next, in the open.
Real-time AI voices, one per agent, so you can hear finance push back on contracts out loud and know who's talking without reading a name.
Video-call integration, so your co-founder, your accountant or your lawyer can sit at the same table as your agents and speak in the same meeting.
What would make your boardroom better? Propose it, argue for it, or build it and send a pull request.
